From the time students begin at Rivendell School, individual transition planning is considered.
Each student has a fluid plan for transition that is regularly reviewed and updated, targeting set goals in order to achieve their plan.
Students participate in individual and group lessons to support their transition plans and to help raise their awareness of transition options available. Support is provided with resume writing, career information, work experience, tertiary education, and transition to other schools or educational settings.
